Stella works in Allstate’s Special Situations Group where she focuses on workouts and restructuring of first mortgage debt over $30M. Prior to Allstate, she was with Tremont Realty Capital as an analyst for 5 years working on bridge and mezzanine financing as well as equity investments

Upon graduating from DePaul University, Stella worked as an Associate Financial Analyst at Northwestern Mutual.

As the Secretary, Stella is responsible is responsible for the maintenance of the REFF Bylaws and keeping a record of events, meetings, etc.
