Green Courte Partners, LLC ("GCP") is a Chicago-based private equity real estate investment firm founded by Randall K. Rowe in July 2002. Previously, Mr. Rowe was a Co-Founder and Chairman of Transwestern Investment Company, LLC. Prior to Co-Founding Transwestern, Mr. Rowe was a senior executive with Sam Zell’s Equity Group Investments.
GCP’s current investment fund, Green Courte Real Estate Partners III, LLC, is focused primarily on land-lease communities and parking assets, but may invest in any real estate asset or real estate strategy that will generate attractive risk-adjusted returns over a longer-term (10-12 years) holding period.
To execute its investment strategy, GCP has assembled an experienced team of professionals who demonstrate entrepreneurial focus and strong backgrounds in real estate investment structuring, financing, operating, and asset management. GCP believes its success depends not only on the economic results of its investments, but also on the reputation it builds by setting the highest standard for open communication, ethical behavior, and strong commitment to its investment partners and others within the real estate community.
