Mark Momongan | Managing Director
Mark Momongan is a Managing Director at Ferguson Partners where his focus is on senior management recruitment within real estate. Mark focuses on business development, strategy and execution across the firm’s client base, which includes REITs, investment managers, developers and operators. From a functional standpoint, Mark covers all facets of real estate, including acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, property management, development, design/construction, capital raising and finance. During his nine year career at Ferguson, Mark has executed over 200 searches and has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s presence in Chicago and throughout the Midwest. Representative clients include Harrison St., Heitman, LaSalle Investment Management, M3, Partners Enterprise Capital, Pearlmark, PPM, Walton St., and Waterton. Mark also specializes in certain verticals, including office, multifamily, industrial and hospitality.
Before joining Ferguson Partners, Mark was a Vice President at Flint Creek Partners a real estate investment bank. During his career, he raised institutional equity for discretionary funds and programmatic/entity-level joint ventures. His responsibilities included all facets of transaction execution, fund marketing, and investor relations. Mark also served as an advisor to several investment managers and endowments on their fund investments. Previously, Mark worked in investment banking at Prudential Securities and Houlihan Lokey. Mark earned a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School.
Sarah Cullins Nezamis | Director
Sarah Cullins Nezamis is a Director with Ferguson Partners where her focus is on C-Suite and Board recruitment across the commercial real estate industry. Sarah leads the firm’s retail real estate practice and focuses on engagement strategy and execution as well as business development within the retail and hospitality sectors.
She joined Ferguson Partners with a background in recruiting and previously worked as an Assistant Vice President and Division Director at Robert Half Legal where she specialized in recruiting highly skilled legal professionals for law firms and corporate legal departments. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Michigan State University. She is also a licensed Attorney in the State of Illinois.
