Yes, there will be a complimentary bag and coat check when you arrive at the venue. Warning: the lines do get long toward the end of the party.

How do I get there via public transportation?
The closest CTA stations are the Morgan Pink/Green line or the Grand Blue line. The venue is about 1.3 miles from Union Station.

Will food be served?
Yes, our caterer Food for Thought, will be providing light bites throughout the night. Don’t miss our late night snack at the end of the party!
Are there vegetarian or gluten free options available?
There will be a vegetarian option, but sorry, no gluten free options.
Is there an open bar or cash bar?
Our open bar will have beer, wine, liquor, and soda available. Don’t miss our signature cocktails!
Will non-alcoholic drinks be available?
Water and soda will be available at the open bar.

How do I RSVP or register?

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, the transferee should pull your nametag from the registration desk and bring it to the help desk located near the front of the venue. Someone from our team will print a new nametag with the correct name on it.
What is the deadline for registration?
The deadline to sponsor is November 22nd. The individual ticket deadline is November 30th. After the deadline, you’re more than welcome to purchase a ticket at the door.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, but the price at the door is higher than pre-purchased tickets through our website. The lines at the door can get long so we strongly encourage you to pre-purchase your tickets in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
There are no refunds available once tickets have been purchased, but you may transfer your ticket to someone else. See above for instructions on ticket transfers.
Can I bring a guest?
Only ticketed guests will be permitted to enter the party. If you’d like to bring a guest, please have them purchase a ticket online in advance of the event at https://reffchicago.com/Holiday-Party or at the door.
