WOMEN LEADERS IN REAL ESTATE

 REFF Partners with The Goldie Initiative (Goldie B. Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate) Scholarship Program and donates $15,000 annually to support two graduate level scholarships for women focusing on real estate finance or related fields each year.

Qualified applicants are women who have received a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. All applicants must have maintained a 3.25 grade point average on a 4.0 academic scale with a minimum of three (3) years work experience in the commercial real estate industry or other relevant work experience in the real estate industry. GMAT or GRE test scores are preferred. Women must demonstrate strong intellect and critical thinking skills with effective written and oral communication skills. The merit based award will evaluate candidates based on academic excellence, community service, and commitment to real estate.
